Kindly share resumes for below position: Job Title: SAP SD Consultant Location: Boston, MA Duration: 6 Months+ Skills: 8-10+ Years experience is required. • The SD specialist will be responsible for implementation and maintenance of the CRM and SD function in Veeco’s global ERP footprint - SAP ECC 6.0 & SAP Cloud-for-Customer • Support the SAP Program by working with the Systems Integrator SD owner and the Track Leads. Identify key interface requirements with legacy systems (JDE, Visual, SalesLogix) and develop a current and future state data model. • Long term, learn to configure SAP SD to implement improvements in business processes and requirements as approved by the Global Process Owner of the SD implementation, and assist with implementing SAP at future LB Foster sites. • The SD functional specialist will also customize/ configure the order-to-cash process during integration of acquired companies in support of the corporate strategy to grow by acquisition • Prepare detailed technical specifications for development activities including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and forms. • Ensure that a test script library is created with SAP for SD that can be re-used on subsequent launches. • Collaborate with system integrator (third party consultants) during application development. • Maintains contact with regional and business unit leaders to ensure objectives are being supported by systems and identifies opportunities for business improvements through new IT capabilities • Coordinates the development and maintenance of a 3-5 year IT strategy that is based on business objectives for their respective region • Manages the identification of business requirements and assists in translating them to a set of functional specifications to be handed off to the COE / vendors • Serves as the main Project Manager for Plan/Define activities. For projects going to the COE, will have an integral role between the COE and business unit • Coordinates business unit / region involvement in developing and executing User Acceptance Test Plans.
