One of our clients has an open position we think you could be great fit for "*Business Analyst”* Location: NYC, NY Duration: Long Term *Responsibilities:* We require the resource to produce and collaborate on the following Business Analyst deliverables: This includes (but is not limited to): - Work with Business/Users to define and analyze project scope/requirements - Lead/facilitate joint application design sessions with users and IT staff - Document Analysis and design deliverables - Business processes (as is and to be), project requirements, Traceability Matrix, Business Rules, UI flows, Wireframes, use cases, functional specifications, data dictionary, content inventory - Document User Guide/ Administration Documents · Work with Development team, Operations, Quality Assurance Testers · Work with Trainer, knowledge transfer of training requirements, assist with training · Confirm that requirements are being met in development of the application and reports · Validate UI design, content, demo partial build to users · Work with project manager and business owners to ensure compliance with legislation and business needs - Work with project team to research problems and find and implement solutions - Knowledge of Data Modeling and Data Integration *Deliverables* - All analysis and design project documentation - Business processes (as is and to be), project requirements, Traceability Matrix, Business Rules, UI flows, Wireframes, use cases, functional specifications, data dictionary, content inventory, User Guide/ Administration Documents Required Core Competencies - At least 8 years’ experience as lead Business Analyst - Expert Knowledge of SDLC - Strong skillset to gather requirements and document business processes - Strong communication, presentation, articulation skills - Detail oriented, team player, soft skills, can follow process by the book *Referral: *The greatest compliment you can ever extend to me is a referral.
