Title: SAFe experience Certified Scrum Master Location: Cincinnati, OH Duration: 6+ months Client: CSC Rate: $50/hr on 1099 or C2C basis *In case of H1b consultant visa copy is a must.* Certified Scrum Master Coach duties include: Assist client in developing and implementing a SAFe Agile Framework • Assist and provide expertise in the organizational change required for the Agile Transformation • Provide training on SAFe Agile practices • Help client develop roles and responsibilities appropriate for specific programs that accommodates the SAFe Agile framework • Facilitate iteration (PI) planning, lead work within individual sprints, and coordinate retrospectives and demos • Assist key business users (product owners) with backlog creation and grooming. • Ensure cross functional coordination (analysts, developers, and testers) is occurring early and often. • Maintain and publish agile metrics (e.g. velocity and burn-down) • Coach, mentor, and evangelize SAFe Agile best practices across the organization.
