*DETAILS:*
- Senior SAP IS-U CCS Analyst
- 16 week project
- Projected Start date is 6/6
*REQUIREMENTS:*
- Resume MUST include past 10 years of experience.
- ALL WORK MUST BE PERFORMED ON-SITE IN SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA. NO
REMOTE WORK WILL BE ALLOWED. Candidate must print out, fill out and
sign agreement (attached) that they can work on-site.
- Candidate must read and fill out the “160039.JP – Fill in form”
attached. This must be completed completely and with ALL information asked
for in its entirety or we cannot submit them as they will immediately be
rejected.
- Candidate must have at least eight (8) years of experience in SAP
IS-U/CCS Device Management and Billing consulting services in assisting
utility sector.
- Candidate must have completed at least three (3) recent SAP IS-U
assessments for clients in the utility sector. Viable references (Primary
Project Manager, Business Unit supervisor, or an Operational Manager) are
required.
*SCOPE OF WORK:*
- Client is looking to evaluate existing business processes and make
recommendations for improvements related to Billing Operations and IS-U
Device Management in preparation for the transition of residential
customers from tier-based rates to time-of-use (TOU) rates. The Contractor
must be an experienced senior-level analyst with expertise in application
integration and optimizing business processes. The Contractor shall work
with client’s business units and technical staff on-site to ensure all
recommended enhancements and modifications are developed according to the
client's guidelines and are fully documented. The Contractor shall
document work processes, evaluate new functionality, and make
recommendations for enhancements.
- Proposed entities must have experience in providing Billing Operation
and SAP IS-U Device Management consulting services, assisting electric
utility companies in:
- Developing recommendations for process improvements
- Developing process documentations
- Performing SAP IS-U Device Management assessments related to meter
to cash process
- Developing a roadmap related to SAP IS-U Device Management and
Exception Handling
- Developing recommendations for technology improvements utilizing
SAP and articulating recommendations to Information Technology
organization
for their review
- Cost/benefit analysis of recommended process and system
improvements
- Business process analysis
- Benchmarking and KPI development within Billing Operations
*CONTRACTOR DELIVERABLES: *
The Contractor shall provide all labor to perform the following:
- Document existing work processes by conducting workshops
- Evaluate new functionality and make implementation recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to implement billing best practices being
utilized within the utility industry
- Cross train Billing staff on recommended process changes, where
applicable
