Experience with and ability to plan technical migration and upgrade and communicate plan to other project team members. 4. Proven ability to lead others to successful project completion. 5. Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and to work successfully under pressure, e.g. detailed planning, design and execution of overall technical migration and upgrade effort, overall system readiness and technical testing strategy. 7.
