So I did a fresh install of ovirt tonight. I made a new VM and
installed F11, did all the updates and then configured and installed
ovirt.
The issue I ran into was that the ace install expected acpid to be
running.
The first issue is that it wasn't installed but it wasn't a
prerequisite anywhere.
The second issue is that even if you do install it, it conflicts with
haldaemon both wanting to open the /proc/acpi/event file. I solved
this by shutting down haldaemon and then starting acpid service, but I
don't know if this is really what we want.
Anyway, just letting ya'll know..
