Greetings,
I made a Fedora AOS livecd ISO image using fedora-aos.ks (from
fedora-kickstarts-0.12.1-1.fc12.noarch) and livecd-tools-031-1.fc12.1.i686.
This boots fine with qemu and directly from CD.
I used the script from
http://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/livecd/attachments/20090922/85647312/attachment.py
to edit the ISO image, and, even if I make no changes, I get the following
error when booting the edited image:
No root device found
Boot has failed, sleeping forever.
Could you please give me some idea on how to trace the cause of this problem?
Many thanks,
Steven
Steven, thanks for reporting this. It looks like there is a minor bug
in the way it stores the image label. I'll figure out whats going on and
post a patch soon. Also are you still seeing the size increase? I ran
a couple tests this morning and I am still seeing a moderate size
increase on some tests.
