I believe you should be using "https://mail.openvswitch.org/"; for the mailing lists. I updated the website over the weekend to point there. I'll check with them about the redirects, since the SSL errors are confusing. On Tuesday, I mentioned to the admins that the archives on that site are missing messages and pointing to some incorrect ones. I was told at the time that they were looking into it.
