As of version 2.7, the nb and sb db servers no longer create TCP listen sockets by default, the connections can be configured explicitly via e.g.: ovn-sbctl set-connection ptcp:6642 ovn-nbctl set-connection ptcp:6641 This change was made as a security improvement along with the addition of the ability to use SSL for nb and sb server connections.
