Hi Jacob,

Thanks for working on this!  It's nice to see that tests pass out of the
box with the ovn-k Dockerfile.

The patch looks good to me.

Applied to main, 25.09, and 25.03.  The 24.09 and 24.03 branches use
ovnk's release-1.0 stable branch which doesn't have the required
Dockerfile.fedora changes we need.  So we should keep the old way of
building the ovnk image on those OVN branches.
