Hi Timothy, CC'ing Simon, since he recently gave a talk about removing stuff. :) I actually don't see that the ovs bugtool has been used to submit details in quite some very long time. Additionally, sosreports and other details gathering utilities exist and seem to do a better job. I think it would be better if we instead deleted the bugtool, including all the plugins stuff.
