Currently, the Copp test changes the log settings for vconn to check for the incoming health check packet. That isn't wrong but it is generic and would apply to all rconns. Switching to pinctrl:file:dbg is the right module the packet-in is processed by pinctrl - process_packet_in() which dispatches it to pinctrl_handle_svc_check(), pinctrl even has its own dedicated debug print for these packets.
