I recently did a big project where I added incremental processing to
logical router policies. While doing this, I noticed some oddities with
regards to ovn-nbctl commands. This patch series addresses those
oddities.

No documentation is updated as part of this series, because IMO, the
changes make the code actually match the existing documentation better.

This series is mutually exclusive from the router policy incremental
processing series. This can be applied before, after, or at the same
time as the other.

Mark Michelson (4):
  nbctl: Eliminate compiler warning.
nbctl: return an error when lr-policy-del can't find a match.
nbctl: Fix lr-policy-add with priority 0.
nbctl: Ease chain check in lr-policy-del.
