Ubuntu 26.04 is a new LTS and will be a default image for GitHub Actions later this month. Let's migrate to this image and fix a few issues related to building on it.
Upgrading to Python 3.14 as well since that's the Python version used in latest distributions, e.g., it is the default on Ubuntu 26.04. The intention is for this set to go into all supported branches as usual for this kind of changes. Version 2: - Added a new patch to fix the problem with passing down environment variables through sudo, as sudo-rs doesn't support -E. The idea is from a similar change in OVN. - Included Python 3.15 in the discovery loop, as it was just released. Not using it by default though in CI for now. - Added Acks from Eelco on patches that didn't change.
