Thanks for the information. We are using OF1.3, (10K) Add/Delete come into OVS as a individual flowmod. Currently I have three versions in our lab (1) OVS 2.4.1 -- issue is seen, I am still trying to get 'perf' running on that system. Once I have it running I will post more details.
