LOL!, I need more coffee, ignore my last message.

It's a very old patch, not sure how I got to it, but I thought it was
related to answering also DHCP
requests on the provider networks.

For example, to server DHCP requests in the case of mixing SR-IOV with  OVN
using VLANs
