: needs to be quoted because ovs-vsctl treats it as a special character
due to column:key=value syntax, e.g.:

ovs-vsctl set Bridge br0 sflow=@sf -- --id=@sf create sflow 
agent='"2001:0db8:11a3:09d7:1f34:8a2e:07a0:765d"'
