Thanks everyone for your interest in the OvS+OVN Fall '21 Conference, which is taking place on Dec. 7th & 8th, 2021. There is just about 24 hours left until the conference start time, so here are a few reminders and important announcements.
Please make sure you are registered using the Event Brite registration link. The link is at the following URL: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/ovsovn-21-conference-registration-217640256867 The start time was INCORRECTLY reflected on the site and registration pages. The original start time was calculated for a Daylight Saving timezone. This has created a lot of confusion. To clarify, the event will be starting at 9am Pacific Standard Time, 12pm Eastern Standard Time, and 6pm Central European Time. The OVS Conference site has been updated to reflect this information. The Bluejeans link to join will be sent out by Event Brite before the start of the event. There is a separate link for Day 1 and Day 2, so please be sure to use the appropriate links. As with last year, we will do Q&A after the talk. Because of the way the presentation platform we are using works, we will read the questions aloud and the speaker will answer these, all once the video is finished playing. Questions can be submitted in the Event Chat, as well as the Event Q&A area. Additionally, there is a public IRC channel that can be used for "hallway" type discussion - feel free to join #openvswitch via irc.libera.chat Thanks everyone, and looking forward to seeing you all at the conference.
