Chaoyong He can confirm, but, yes, I believe they are the same.

What has happened, AFAIK, is that we didn't believe that Chaoyong He's
posting went through and he ask me to post the patches. Clearly
I should have checked patchwork before doing so. And I apologise for the
noise.
