Hi everyone, as agreed in the last OVN community meeting this is the patch that just adds the required ovn-sb Table.
I have adjusted it based on our discussion there. Having this now already on the list and merged in advance of the changes allow us to split these changes better. We can then develop and submit the changes to northd and ovn-controller separately while still maintaining logical consistency.
