Since a new version of ovn-kubernetes has been released (1.1.0) [0] it's time to move our CI as well to the most stable branch (release-1.1) as it allows testing more OVN features.
NOTE: It's out of the scope of this series to replicate more ovn-kubernetes CI lanes in our jobs. That will be done as a follow-up.
