Please don't drop the mailing list. The comments for CMAP_FOR_EACH are above its definition. If you can't find the definition for CMAP_FOR_EACH (e.g. with "grep" or "ctags" or "cscope"), then probably Open vSwitch is too advanced for you and you should try to understand a simpler program.
