Hi Sam, Currently ovs-dpdk does not support HTB for QoS. In terms of what can be applied to a vhost user port (and other dpdk port types) you can apply and egress policer QoS type. OVS-DPDK ports also support ingress policing via the rate limiter interface. Out of curiosity, what aspect of HTB QoS is of interest? (Min bandwidth guarantee, priority etc). Hope this helps.
