This summer, VMware intern Qiuyu Xiao has been working to add support for encrypted tunnels to Open vSwitch and the OVN network virtualization system layered on top of it. When enabled, encrypted tunnels allow OVN to be used over an untrusted physical network without allowing an attacker with control of the physical network to inject or corrupt data in OVN logical networks. At this talk, Qiuyu will present his work.
