I bound 0000:04:00.0 with uio_pci_generic as follows: # modprobe uio_pci_generic # $DPDK_DIR/usertools/dpdk-devbind.py --status # sudo $DPDK_DIR/usertools/dpdk-devbind.py --bind=uio_pci_generic 0000:04:00.0
