Dear Colleagues I have Debian 9 with Xen hypervisor , I have two physical network cards.
I configured Bond0 to have redundancy of two nics. and every thing is ok and reachable . when I created open vswitch Xenbr0 and I added the bond0 to xenbr0 then the server not reachable . any hint or documnet for OpenvSwitch with Bonding enabled . what /etc/network/interface should look like : I have sample below please advise auto lo iface lo inet loopback allow-ovs xenbr0 iface xenbr0 inet static address 10.0.2.45 netmask 255.255.252.0 gateway 10.0.0.1 ovs_type OVSBridge ovs_ports bond0 metric 10 #mtu 9220 post-up (sleep 10; ifup xenbr0.3)& allow-xenbr0 bond0 iface bond0 inet manual ovs_type OVSBond iface eth0 inet manual bond-master bond0 iface eth1 inet manual bond-master bond0
