I have a VXLAN tunnel between two Open vSwitches. I can ssh to hosts over the
tunnel, and ping. If the webserver is windows 2012, it works fine. If it's a
linux box running apache or tomcat it fails.

Any thoughts what would cause it to fail to linux hosts?
