It looks like this is OpenFlow 1.5? Make sure you're using a very recent
version of OVS, because OpenFlow 1.5 is only fully supported in recent versions.
Or you could drop back to an earlier version of OpenFlow, such as 1.3, which
has been well supported for a long time.
