Another question: I have found for OVS master version there are many
modifications for compatible with DPDK-19.11, so if I want ovs master version
works with DPDK-18.11-6，I have to collect all the related patches and try to
revert them. Is there an easy approch to count out all the related patches?

In general, you need to change ovs to compatible with old DPDK, this isn't too
big effort, if you just use previous one of current version, this will be
easier, just revert DPDK upgrade patch.
But there are some special cases, for example, current TSO feature depends on
DPDK 19.11, it can't pass build if you use old DPDK versions, it also can't
work, so this depends on specific versions.

I have a question about DPDK version. From release.rst I have found every
OVS release version has a corresponding DPDK version. But what if using a
preceding DPDK version ? I mean if I choose OVS-2.13, combined with DPDK-18.
11-6, is that possible or I can just use DPDK-19.11 ?
