Where we have a Physical Node on the underlay (physical network) with an
MTU of 9100
sending to a VM on an OVN switch via OVN Gateway where the VM MTU is 9000?
I see that there was a put back to deal with a VM sending to a Gateway
that uses a physical NIC with a
small MTU than the VM:

But can't seem to find anything that addresses the issue the other way
around.
