Hi Atul, Agreed with your point but it takes some time for the things to get implemented. This thing is already in process and will be implemented soon.
I worked with CERT-In for 2.5 years and has noticed this issue. We already discussed about the problem in incident reporting and trying to make it more better / easier than it is now.
