In case you haven't heard, SourceForge was attacked yesterday - http://sourceforge.net/apps/wordpress/sourceforge/2011/01/27/sourceforge-net-attack-update/. Details are sketchy but in the meantime, the SVN site is unavailable. This means that you can not checkout/sync ModSecurity/CRS data right now. We will monitor any developments and let you know when the sites are back online.
