Hello:
The CRS expects to have the same file at two locations. Please make it at one
place.
[root@atlaspen-stage2 crs]# grep 'GeoLiteCity.dat' */*
experimental_rules/modsecurity_crs_11_proxy_abuse.conf:SecGeoLookupDb
/usr/local/apache/conf/modsec/GeoLiteCity.dat
experimental_rules/modsecurity_crs_61_ip_forensics.conf:SecGeoLookupDb
/usr/local/apache/conf/modsec_current/base_rules/GeoLiteCity.dat
[root@atlaspen-stage2 crs]#
