I know that we already have some package manager folks (Jason Litka,
Alberto Gonzalez Iniesta, etc...) handling the ModSecurity engine itself
which are listed under the "Community-Produced Binary Packages" listing -
http://www.modsecurity.org/download/

Maybe we can discuss this with them.
