I am getting this error when I add the rule sets to the apache config. I
have tried loading it a bunch of different ways, but cannot seem to get it
quite right.

It is installed on Ubuntu 10.04,

I have the modsecurity_crs_10_config.conf installed in /etc/apache2/conf.d

I have the rules installed in /etc/apache2/modsecurity/

When I start / restart apache I get the error at top of this message, what
am I missing?

Thanks in advance.
