Hi, I have rules setup to detect authentications failures and block user access for N number of minutes. I am utilizing user collection for this which is persisted in the database. I was wondering if it is possible to have a backdoor to unblock a user per request. I can wipe mod_security db file but I would like to avoid this if at all possible.
