Sounds good to me!

Normally it's good etiquette to create one PR per feature, so that if the 
reviewer has problems with one part (like one individual rule change), they can 
comment on that and still accept the other 95% instantly. If I maintained it I 
would have liked separate PRs for parts 2, 3, and 4, but it’s up to Chaim I 
think.
