Your question coincided with a need here to package all owfs files for
updating another box.
Caution: The list below is not tested; there are some files that you may
wish to leave in place; it is based on a base install of /usr; it is on
a debian system.
I think you can use this list as a basis for deletion... but the other
suggestions are probably better, and safer, too.
