Has anyone had any experience debugging owfs modules ( and fuse ) by way of
User Mode Linux.

I have been having a look at UML, and it seems far preferable to printk
calls.

Hello from Gregg C Levine
Reason why I'm asking, is that the generic 2.6.11 kernel contains
support for the One Wire hardware directly. There's even native
support for the USB device.

And naturally I am embarking on a new project, it will ostensibly be
using the DS2406 for simple control functions, but I might even be
considering the DS2408, or one of the newer devices.

The problem is that the current family are all surface mounted
devices, and I don't have the tools for that kind of work.
