I would like to keep it in the option to have shared libraries in the configure script at least... Perhaps --enable-static should be default, but it should be possible to configure with --enable-shared if you want...
I'm trying to patch the configure script just to make it possible to configure and compile automatically to the MIPS platform which the WRT54G router use. It's necessary to do it just to make a ipkg-package from the source. Therefor I wouldn't like to see too much changes in the configure script at the moment if possible. I have managed to create ipkg-package for fuse (was already done), rrdtool and owserver/owhttpd so far... Still have some problems with the dependencies between owfs and fuse, but it should soon be done. /Christian On Fri, 2005-08-05 at 23:46, Paul Alfille wrote: > Any suggestions on making statically linked owfs, owhttpd and owserver?
