Dear group, I would like to ask if there are some experiences where the Microchip's PICmicro® microcontroller devices (PICs) are programmed to act (behave) as a 1-wire device (as DS2431, DS2433.... for example).
I think, according to the Maxim App Note 2420, http://www.maxim-ic.com/appnotes.cfm/appnote_number/2420 such a solution can be used to control devices (motors etc.) over 1-wire network.
