I have updated the makefiles to make it possible to make "dist" and
"rpm" again. Library extensions for libow.so and libowcapi.so should be
fixed too.

The created tar-ball owfs-2.2p0RC.tar.gz seem to be complete after
"make dist" now, so it should be possible to create a new release
with this tar-ball pretty soon. A pre-generated configure script exists
and should work for most users.

Should all extra-files and examples such as
 modules/swig/python/examples/*
 modules/swig/python/unittest/*
 src/scripts/usb/*
be added to the tar-ball too? I there are some files that should be
added to the next distribution.

"make rpm" creates these packages on my AMD 64 server at work, and they
seem to be working too...
owfs-devel-2.2p0RC-1.x86_64.rpm
owfs-libs-2.2p0RC-1.x86_64.rpm
owfs-fs-2.2p0RC-1.x86_64.rpm
owfs-httpd-2.2p0RC-1.x86_64.rpm
owfs-server-2.2p0RC-1.x86_64.rpm
owfs-tcl-2.2p0RC-1.x86_64.rpm
owfs-perl-2.2p0RC-1.x86_64.rpm

Could anyone else try building on some more servers just to make sure
I didn't break anything. I have seen that happen before...
