I've noticed that you chose FUSE 2.1 and are using Slackware 10.1.
Just for the sake of argument can you repeat this using a newer
release of FUSE? Perhaps one of the 2.x version releases? Also can you
provide us with something else to go on, perhaps an idea of what
you're using there, and including the One-Wire sensors and the
connector to the One-Wire, a DS907 for example or a DS9490R device?
That's what I would need to make up my mind, and give you your best
advice.

And you're right Paul, that's not right. I'm not sure what it is, but
it's certainly not right.
