Well, all your solutions work, they are just inconsistent with the other
switches (2405, 2406, 2408, 2409, ...)

My patch changed (broke?) reading PIO (it reads latch instead of 
sensed now), but there is also real sensed property which you can read, 
so all together is usable now.

Maybe instead of fixing that, just make latch writable and forget about 
problematic PIO (see my new post in "1=conducting" thread)?
