"New" adapter support. The LINK (http://www.ibuttonlink.com) adapter is now
supported on ascii mode.

The LINK is reputed to have better electrical characteristrics than the Dallas
serial adapter (DS9097U). It has long been supported in strict DS9097U
emulation mode, and works interchangably with the DS9097U.

The LINK also has a simpler mode, with ascii commands for control. ("r" for
reset, " " for version, ...). There was little reason to support this
separately until some of the recent LINK aadpters that have expanded
properties like location, and a FOXbus augmented 1-wire protocol.

There is also a TCP LINK that uses the ascii protocol over a network.

So the current support is rather simple, the LINK uses ascii protocol, but
none of the extened features are yet supported. They will be added over time.

To use the ascii protocol, include the command line option "--link".
All LINKs will be in ascii mode. DS9097U will be unaffected. USB and owservers
will be unaffected as well.

P.S. The DS2409 bus works poorly in asscii mode.
