Has anyone else tried DS2436B devices?
I have no device which I could test, so could anyone else verify if the code
is broken?

/Christian

The message reads as follows:

This package works well for me with DS1820S chips, but does it support
DS2436B voltage/temperature chips? It recognizes them and creates files
named temperature and volts, but when I try:

cat temperature (or cat volts)

I get:

cat: Read error: Invalid argument
