kernel level?"

The current levels of the Linux kernel support the basic and
complicated I2C communications methods. I should think that Maxim is
fully aware of this, and has worked out the details for getting the
part to work. As for us? I suspect it is on the TODO list for Paul,
but I am only surmising here.
