Try “./confugure enable-owphp”

I don't know all the dependencies -- swig, php developement libraries?

There are 4 commands (this aplies to all the language bindings)
1. init -- argument is adapter port or owserver port
2a. get -- directory path, return directory contents separated by commas
2b. get -- file path, get back contents in ascii (like temperature)
3.  put -- 2 args, path and new value
4.  close -- optional
