No. PNP Transistors are for negative Base-Emitter currents, not for negative 
logic.

Put the "+" Pin of the LED of the OptoZZ (or whatever) module to the emitter 
of a NPN small signal transitor, e.g. BC54[678]. In addition, you need some 
Resistors to limit transistor and LED current.
