We use the Nullsoft NSIS installer to make a pretty nice executable.

Some other minor changes: Fix of DS2438 current measurement. Now labeled vis, since current can't be reported without knowing the (external) resistor value.
This system matches the properties of the other battery sensing chips: DS2720, DS2740, DS2751/5/6, DS2760/1/2, DS2770, DS2780/1 (all long supported).
